You can purchase our bikes directly from our website or through our authorized dealers. Stay tuned for exclusive online offers!

3. Do you offer customization options?
Currently, we offer our bikes in carefully curated colorways and specifications to maintain the best performance. However, we are always open to feedback and might introduce custom options in the future!

4. How do I choose the right bike size?
Each of our product pages includes a size guide to help you select the perfect fit based on your height and riding preferences. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our support team via WhatsApp for assistance.


Order & Shipping

5. How long does shipping take?
Your order will be processed and dispatched on the same day if it is placed before 12pm. Order placed after 12pm will be processed and dispatched the following working day. Once your order is processed you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp. Delivery time depends on your delivery address, yet we try our best to arrange quicker deliveries. 

6. Do you offer international shipping?
For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team via WhatsApp.

7. What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please reach out to us via WhatsApp, with your order number, and we’ll assist you in tracking it. In the rare case of a lost shipment, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Returns & Warranty

8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the bike is unused and in its original packaging. For return requests, please contact our support team via WhatsApp. Return are eligible based on our return policy.  

9. Do your bikes come with a warranty?
Yes! Battalion Bicycles come with a lifetime on the frame/fork and 2 year warranty on suspension. The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. During the warranty period, Battalion Bikes will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective parts at no additional charge, excluding shipping and handling costs. 10. How do I claim a warranty?
If you experience any issues covered under warranty, reach out to us via WhatsApp, with your order details and pictures/videos of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process.


Assembly & Maintenance

11. Do I need to assemble the bike myself?
Our bikes come 90% pre-assembled for easy setup. You’ll need to attach the front wheel, handlebar, pedals, saddle, and make minor adjustments. Tools for assembling your bicycle will be provided in the box.

All new bicycles requires fine tuning of gears and brakes to unlock its full capabilities. However this is not mandatory and bicycle will be fully functional without tuning. For fine tuning based on your need, consult a professional technician or a nearby store.

12. How do I maintain my bicycle for long-lasting performance?

Keep your bike clean and lubricated, especially the drivetrain.

Check tire pressure before every ride.

Inspect brakes and gears regularly.

Store your bike in a dry place to prevent rust and wear.

Tighten bolts, screws and quick release keys before every ride.

Do not overuse grease as it may collect dirt and dust quickly.

13. Where can I get my bike serviced?
You can visit any local bike shop for general maintenance. If you need specific parts or assistance, contact our customer support via WhatsApp.
