Warranty Coverage:
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the cycle and is not transferable. The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. During the warranty period, Battalion Bikes will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective parts at no additional charge, excluding shipping and handling costs.
Warranty Limitations:
This warranty does not cover:
1.Physical Damage: Damage resulting from impact, accident, collision, or alteration. This includes but is not limited to bends, dents, scratches, and breaks.
2.Improper Use: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or use of the component for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
3.Normal Wear and Tear: Routine wear and tear from normal use or aging of the component.
4.Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Damage or defects resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification by anyone other than an authorized service representative of Battalion Bikes.
5.External Causes: Damage caused by external causes such as natural disasters (e.g., floods, fires), theft, or exposure to corrosive substances or environments.
Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Battalion Bikes customer service and provide:
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Photos or other evidence of the defect, if applicable.
Battalion Bikes reserves the right to inspect the damaged component before approving warranty service. If the claim is approved, instructions for repair or replacement will be provided.
