Shipping policy

All orders above Rs. 1000 are eligible for free shipping. Battalion Bikes works with multiple logistics providers including Fedex, ECart, Bluedart, Delhivery and Xpressbees to get your orders to you.

How long does it usually take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery Timeline

Orders once shipped are typically delivered within:

- 3 to 7 business days to metro cities

- 4 to 10 business days to other locations in India

Please note, delivery times may vary based on the shipping address and factors beyond our control, including public holidays, local circumstances, and the availability of the customer to receive the order. Above given duration may change based on these factors. 

Rush Delivery
At this time, we do not offer rush or express delivery services. This policy helps us ensure that your order arrives safely and without damage during transit. We highly prioritize safety of your order over faster delivery time. 

Order Processing & Shipping

- Orders are processed and shipped during business days only (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays (excluding Local, State and National Holidays))

- Orders placed before 2 pm are processed on the same day, however in rare circumstances orders may be processed the next business day. 

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message on WhatsApp with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

What if my order is undelivered?

For all your prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to your bank account after we receive the product back. The refund will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.
