Cancellation/Return/Refund/Replacement
We have a 7-days return, refund & replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and replacement or return and refund.
Cancellation & Refund Policy (Order at our facility or in transit)
Once an order is placed and the payment is successfully completed, it shall be treated as a confirmed purchase.
Cancellation Before Dispatch (Order at Our Facility)
If a customer wishes to cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our facility (i.e., the order is still under processing and no courier tracking number has been generated), the customer is eligible for a full refund.

The refund will be processed within 2 to 4 business days from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation After Dispatch (Order in Transit)
If the cancellation request is made after the order has left our facility, meaning a courier tracking number has already been generated, the order cannot be cancelled. Orders for which tracking numbers generated cannot be cancelled.
Return/Refund/Replacement (After the items are delivered)
- Items that has manufacturing defects are eligible for refund or replacement. Manufacturing defects may include damages that are found in the item in its original condition out of the box.
- To be eligible for refund or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items used or damaged are not eligible for return.
- Demo bikes or open box items are not eligible for refund/replacement.
- To request a return, you can contact us on WhatsApp support number (click the WhatsApp icon at the bottom right from our website) from our website or email hello@battalionbikes.com. To validate return/refund/replacement eligibility, we may ask for pictures, videos and other information. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without requesting a return, will not be accepted and are not eligible for return.
- Once we receive your item, it will be inspected for refund or replacement eligibility. For items that are eligible, you have an option to choose refund or replacement. For refund, the full invoice amount will be refunded to your preferred bank account. It may take up to 7 business days to get the refund in your bank account (It will be on the same day for most cases). For replacement, a replacement item will be shipped to you immediately.
- For items that are not eligible for refund, you may receive only partial refund or no refund.
- For items that are not eligible for replacement, you may not receive a replacement item. In this case, you have an option to send the original item back to you in the same condition as we received. For this option, you will be charged a shipping fee for sending the item back to you.
